As in previous years, the Yellow's on the Broom Festival has organised music, arts and crafts workshops to take place in the Mill. Some workshops feature musicians who are performing or have performed at the festival, so, after a fun afternoon honing your skills at The Mill, you can enjoy an evening's entertainment by the experts at the festival.

The Mill of Benholm Trust is based in a converted water Mill in an idyllic rural setting near Johnshaven, Aberdeenshire. Supported by Aberdeenshire Council, it provides meaningful work and training opportunities in catering, heritage, environmental education and horticulture for adults with special needs. The Mill Tearoom will be open 10am - 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The workshops will mostly incur a small charge.
